This Declaration enters into force immediately and ends on 1 May 2020.
Abstract

The State Coordinator for the State of South Australia, declares pursuant to Section 23(1) of the Emergency Management Act, 2004 that a Major Emergency is occurring in respect of the outbreak of the Human Disease named COVID-19 within South Australia. This Declaration was approved for a period of 14 days and extended for a further period until the 1st of May 2020.
