Abstract

This Declaration of the Minister defines the Hippo Pool National Forest and prohibits the carrying out of specified acts within the said areas without a licence. Acts include the felling, cutting, taking or removal of any forest produce; the making of livestock enclosures; the grazing of livestock; and the clearing, cultivating or breaking up land for cultivation or other purposes.
