Details are given in the text. c) Incentive premiums will be paid to breeders involved in artificial insemination. Premiums are to be determined with a separate communique (notification) by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and d) 50% and 25% of the prices of equipment and tools used for artificial insemination, depending to the location, will be paid as an incentive premium.
