This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption
Abstract

This Decision determines the method of distribution of grants from the European Union Solidarity Fund approved to support emergency measures against the COVID-19 pandemic in the Republic of Croatia in the amount of EUR 7,618,270, the body responsible for coordinating the implementation of this Decision, and sets rules on contributions and issues regarding independent audit body and related responsibilities. Type of emergency and recovery operations of key importance in accordance with article 3 (2) (e) of Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 2012/2002 foreseen for the contribution from the EU Solidarity Fund are laid down in Annex I (purchase of vaccines against COVID-19). The Croatian Institute of Public Health is designated as the body responsible for the implementation of the financial contribution, according to the responsibilities set out in Annex II.
