Abstract

This Decision, based on the provisions of the Law on agriculture, nutrition and rural development of Bosnia and Herzegovina, establishes the Office for Harmonization and Coordination of Payment Systems in Agriculture, Nutrition and Rural Development of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in order to ensure transparency and coordination of the payment system in Bosnia and Herzegovina and to support measures, policy and gradual adaptation of the payment system to the system of the European Union, and prescribes jurisdiction, management mechanisms, cooperation and other issues of importance for the work of the Office for Harmonization and Coordination of the Payment System. The Office for Harmonization and Coordination of Payment Systems is an administrative organization within the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
