Abstract This Decision, based on the provisions of the Law on agriculture, nutrition and rural development of Bosnia and Herzegovina, here declares the establishment of the Advisory Council for Agriculture, Nutrition and Rural Development of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This Council shall have an expert body status, for the purpose of ensuring effective mechanisms of consultation, participation, coordination and legitimacy of decision-making in the sector of agriculture, nutrition and rural development. The Advisory Council has 15 recognized experts, including the chairperson and two deputy chairpersons. The Advisory Council has the mandate to give opinions, recommendations and advice to the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia and Herzegovina when making decisions, measures, programmes and other acts significant in the field of agriculture, nutrition and rural development.
