Abstract This Decision, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on small business encouragement, adopts the Programme "Micro and small loans for rural development". The goal of this Programme is to facilitate access to finance for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the agricultural, processing and forestry sectors through greater availability of loans, reduction of interest rates, and reduction of required collateral. The purpose of this Programme is to finance the following Rural Development Programme measures: Measure 4 - Investments in physical assets, sub-measure 4.1 Support for investments in agricultural holdings and sub-measure 4.2. Support for investments in processing, marketing and / or development of agricultural products; Measure 6 - Development of agricultural holdings and business, sub-measure 6.4. Investments in the development of non-agricultural activities in rural areas; Measure 8 - Investments in the development of forest areas and improvement of forest sustainability, sub-measure 8.6 Support for investments in forest technologies and in processing, mobilization and marketing of forest products.
