Abstract This Decision, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on forests, sets the terms for State-owned forests that are given for use, by selling wood in a dormant state, in accordance with construction projects in the regional units of Pljevlja, Rožaje, Berane, Žabljak, Kolašin, Bijelo Polje, Petnjica, Nikšić, Plužine, Plav, Danilovgrad, Podgorica and Šavnik. The quantities of gross timber and with starting prices are listed in the table which is part of this text. The granting of forests for use by selling wood referred to in article 1 of this Decision shall be carried out by collection of bids (tender sale), based on a public invitation.
