Abstract

This Decision, based on the provisions of the Slovenian COVID-19 Second Wave Mitigation Measures Act, specifies the measure, beneficiaries, conditions, method of calculation, maximum amount of financial compensation and the procedure for granting financial compensation for loss of income to edible potato growers due to the consequences of the second wave of the COVID-19 epidemic for the period from 1 October 2020 until 31 March 2021. This financial compensation shall be granted in accordance with the Communication from the Commission Temporary Framework for State aid measures in support of the economy in the event of an outbreak of COVID-19. The beneficiary of the financial compensation is the holder of the agricultural holding in accordance with the Agriculture Act.
