Abstract This Decision, based on the provisions of the COVID-19 Second Wave Mitigation Measures Act, specifies the beneficiaries, conditions, award procedure, method of calculation and maximum amount of financial compensation for loss of income in wine production due to the COVID-19 epidemic, which is mainly due to the inability to sell stocks and reduce sales compensation. This financial compensation shall be granted in accordance with the Communication from the Commission Temporary Framework for State aid measures in support of the economy in the event of an outbreak of COVID-19. The beneficiary of the financial compensation is the holder of the agricultural holding in accordance with the Agriculture Act and Wine Act.
