Abstract This Decision, based on the provisions of the Slovenian Agriculture Act, determines the measure, applicants, beneficiaries, conditions and procedure for granting financial aid to compensate for damage to beekeeping in 2021, which is the result of bad weather conditions, as a result of which the honey production of honey plants has decreased. The funds referred to in this Decisin shall be granted in accordance with the rules on the granting of de minimis aid in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) no. Regulation (EU) No 1408/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid in the agricultural sector. The applicant is a beekeeper who is entered in the Central Register of Apiaries. The beneficiary is an investor who meets the conditions for obtaining funds as specified in this text.
