Abstract

This Decision, based on the provisions of the Law on waters, establishes a National Water Council as an advisory body, for reviewing water management issues, harmonizing and coordination of different needs and interests, as well as proposing different conservation measures, protection and continuous improvement of the water regime on the national territory. Article 2 lists the National Water Council composition that has nine members.
