Abstract

The Decision concerns the storage, preservation and processing of meat in the appropriate establishments by private operators. The aid regime applies to enterprises engaged in such activity from at least 12 months and registered in the register of enterprises of the I.A.A. Chamber of Commerce. It establishes modalities for the storage, inspections and checks to be carried out by the appropriate authority. Article 4 concerns quality standards of the meat. Article 5 states all the information required to apply for the aid according to the specimen attached. Furthermore, it regulates all the operations to be carried out, the hygiene requirements and standards to be satisfied in the different processing phases.
