Abstract

This Decision is made in accordance with the Fisheries Law and the Law on the Protection of the Yangtze River, aiming to strengthen the protection and restoration of the ecological environment, implement the protection of the Yangtze River and ensure ecological security. Jiangsu province shall fully implements the national provisions on strengthening the protection of aquatic organisms in the Yangtze River and doing a good job in the work of banning fishing in the Yangtze River.
