This decision entered into force on 12 May 2015.
Abstract

Paragraph 1 of Article 13 is amended to read: “‘Vessel-induced pollution clean-up entities' means the entities that have the corresponding pollution clean-up capability, and provide emergency preparedness and emergency response services for the pollution accidents of vessels.” Article 15, Article 16, Article 17, Article 18, Article 19, Article 20 are deleted.
