A credit, named KUT, shall be extended through operating banks, to farmers associated in farmer groups in order to finance increase in production of rice, secondary crops and horticulture. Chapter II specifies the undertakings eligible for financing. Chapter III outlines tasks of banks extending KUT's. Chapter IV defines tasks and functions of cooperatives involved in extending credits, whereas Chapter V specifies requirements for farmer groups that may receive a KUT.
