The environmental information is defined according to the Aarhus Convention. The Decision is divided into four pChapters: General Provisions (I), Environmental Information Dissemination (II), Procedures for Requesting Information (III), and Final Provisions (IV). All public authorities should gather and organize environmental information relevant to their functions and regularly disseminate it to public by available communication means including verbal, written, and electronic ones.
