Abstract

The National Action Programme "Zero Hunger" is an initiative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations aiming to the following objectives: all the population have enough food all year round; no more children under 2 years of age with malnutrition, entire sustainable food security systems, 100% of smallholders increase productivity and income, especially for women and no longer food waste. This programme is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG2), hunger eradication, food security, nutrition improvement and sustainable agriculture development that the Government of Vietnam has committed to comply with national target programme on poverty reduction.
