Decision No. 56/2001/QD/BNN-BVTV announcing the List of objects subject to plant quarantine upon their import, export, temporary import for re-export, temporary export for re-import or transit in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Plant Protection and Quarantine, the List includes the following items: plants and part of plants, plant products (as rice, flours, seeds, febers, tobacco, timber), as per article 1. Even a list of insects, fungi and bacteria, viruses are included.
