Abstract This Regulation provides for the following: procedures for the registration of plant variety-certifying organizations; field expertise; sample taking and preservation; quality testing and certification; post-inspection of seed lots on the list of plant varieties subject to certification of quality standard conformity, promulgated by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
