Abstract

The Decree establishes a permanent game reserve in the island of Kos (region of Dodecanese). Its location represents an excellent habitat for rabbit, insular partridge and many migratory and predatory birds. Within the reserve, hunting shall be prohibited for indeterminate time. Practising of fishing and any agricultural activity within the reserve might be under restriction or prohibition. The geographical delimitation of the areas is described in the Decree and a map is annexed thereto.
