Abstract

This Regulation concern the transportation and handling of forests products as defined in article 1, and indirectly also regulates production of and trade in timber and forest products. "Forest products" includes rare forests plants and wild animals. The Regulation provides for authorization of transportation of timber and forest products including wild animals, the inspection of transportation of timber and forest products, etc. (18 articles divided into 4 Chapters: General provisions (I); Attestations for the transportation, production and business of timber and forest products (II); Procedures of inspecting and controlling timber and forest products (III): Commendations and discipline (IV))
