Immediate objectives (up to the year 2005) include, as a priority, drainage of rain water, improvement and upgrading of the wastewater drainage system, to develop a model company for urban drainage, and to prepare long-term and sustainable development. Long-term objectives include providing each urban centre with its own drainage system, to introduce international drainage standards, to secure technical and scientific development, etc. Measures proposed concern financial management, training, strengthening of organization and enforcement, etc. Full text English
