This Decision enters into force 30 calendar days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

Paragraph 12 shall be amended to add the following wording: "Leather and sheepskin-fur raw materials must be of slaughterhouse origin (obtained from animals slaughtered in slaughterhouses and meat processing enterprises and other places specially designated for such purpose) and received from animals that have undergone pre-mortem veterinary inspection, and carcasses and internal organs must be subjected to post-mortem veterinary and sanitary examination in full and allowed for sale without restrictions". In the paragraph 14, the wording “international requirements” shall be replaced with the words "requirements of the exporting country". In the paragraph 15 after the word “union” shall be supplemented with the words “and (or) movement between Member States". After paragraph 15, the following paragraph shall be added: "Collected merlushka lamb skin and fur raw materials must be examined for anthrax."
