Its principal contents are: to realize general viewpoints of the strategy for and master plan on development of Vietnam's tourism through 2020, with a vision toward 2030, and add the following specific development viewpoints for Northern Central Vietnam: a) to develop tourism in the form of sightseeing and research of world heritages and cultural-historical relics; b) to regard intra-regional, inter-regional and international association and cooperation as important and constant activities for development of tourism in Northern Central Vietnam.
