Abstract

This Decision proclaims the creation of the fund in support of social enterprises, recognized as such by the minister responsible for social issues, with a total value of 240,000,000 (two hundred and forty million) Albanian lek currency, for the period 2023-2025, according to the relevant product provided in the Programme for medium-term budget "Social care". The forms of support of social enterprises through subsidy are: a) supporting the opening of new jobs, in the payment of the minimum wage to employees of social enterprises belonging to disadvantaged groups; b) support in the payment of mandatory social and health insurance to employees of social enterprises belonging to disadvantaged groups. Social enterprises that benefit from subsidies for the creation of new jobs must have: a) a project proposal, accompanied by a 3-year business plan; b) document certifying the increase in the number of employees, with representatives from groups of disadvantaged people, evidenced in the social protection and employment programs, according to the legislation in power.
