Abstract This Decision of the Prime Minister, on proposal of the Minister of Aquatic Resources, allows continuation of granting of certificates of origin of bivalve molluscs at the request of organizations and individuals that produce, harvest and/or trade in such molluscs. The Minister of Aquatic Resources shall continue to prepare regulations to submit to the Government for purposes of regulation of management and control of toxins and diseases causing micro-organisms existing in aquatic products in breeding areas, with a view to protect the health of consumers, and at the same time to create favourable conditions for the production and exportation of aquatic products.
