This text entered into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette (first published on 9 March 2007).
Abstract

This Decision, based on the provisions of the national Biological diversity Act, and as for the fulfilment of obligations deriving from the Council Directive 92/43/EEC on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora, here adopts a list of protected areas for the conservation of wild birds (Annex 1); and adopts a list of protected areas for the protection of natural habitats and of wild flora and fauna (Annex 2).
