Abstract

This Decision of the Prime Minister aims at the encouragement and creation of favourable conditions for domestic organizations, households and individuals of all economic sectors as well as foreign investors to invest in the field of protection and development of aquatic breeding in order to reach objectives set out in article 1. Article 2 sets out some criteria for aquatic breeding. Investors that want to use land or surface waters for breeding of aquatic animals shall be given priority presumably in allocation of land and shall be entitled to preferential treatment regarding payment of land use levies and land rent.
