Abstract This Decision, based on the provisions of the Law on the Government of the Republic of Croatia, establishes the Council for the Prevention of Corruption, as a working body of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, with the aim of developing, improving and systematically monitoring the implementation and assessing the effects of measures and activities from national strategic and implementation documents. This text also defines the related tasks (Section II) and composition (Section III) of the Council and sets other functional and administrative issues. The Council shall prescribe in more detail the manner of its work in the Rules of Procedure. Professional and administrative tasks for the work of the Council are performed by the Ministry of Justice.
