Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Upper Austria Fisheries Law (LGBl. Nr. 60/1983). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to fishing in the Danube. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Closed seasons and measures for minimum catch (1); Fishing by the entitled person (2); Marking of fishing gear (3); Lease, representation (4); Fishing right (5); Fishing by the licencee (6); Regulation by the Fishing District Committee (7); Transitional provisions (8); Entry into force (9).
