A retail or private store shall be licensed by the local or harbour authority or, where the store is owned by such authority, the Minister for Labour. Requirements relate to the design, construction, installation, maintenance and pressure testing of underground storage tanks and associated pipelines and connections for filling, venting, gauging and removal of the contents of storage tanks.
