The Act concerns, among other things, prevention of pollution. There shall be a Chief Fuels Inspector and such other fuels inspectors as are necessary for the purposes of carrying out this Law and they shall be public officers. The Chief Fuels Inspector has the responsibility for the enforcement of this Law. There shall also be a Fuel Standards Committee and the Board of Directors of the Utility Regulation and Competition Office may appoint a Fuels Advisory Committee.
