Abstract

These Regulations amend the Dangerous Substances (Conveyance of Scheduled Substances by Road) (Trade or Business) Regulations in relation with the Dangerous Substances Act, 1972 (Part IV Declaration) Order, 1996 and amendments to the European Agreement concerning the international carriage of dangerous goods by road (“ADR Agreement”). The amendments concern, among other things, requirements regarding vehicles of transportation, particulars to be included in certificate of thorough examination of a tank and particulars to be included in certificate of leakproofness test of a tank.
