The amendments concern quantities of a scheduled substances transported by road, certificates of exemption, approval of packagings of scheduled substances, display of plates, labels and warning notices that comply with the ADR Agreement and publication of the code approved for the purposes of Regulations 8, 10 or 19 of the principal Regulations.
