The requirements of operational safety concern, among other things: (a) preventing risk of ignition, explosion or fire of petroleum vapours due to electricity, static electricity or other source of ignition; and (b) preventing spillage, leakage or escape of petroleum or ignition of petroleum vapours during loading, unloading or transport operations.
