Abstract The present Regulations enact the Dangerous Goods Transportation Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the transportation of hazardous goods on road. In particular, section 3 establishes that no person shall transport dangerous goods on a highway under circumstances where the transportation is prohibited in the Federal Regulations.
