For the purpose of ensuring its revision, this Regulation expires on 31 December 2011.
Abstract

The present Regulation implements the Dangerous Goods Transportation and Handling Act. Section 14 establishes that an application for a permit must be made n writing to the Minister or a designated person and contain the information and be accompanied by the documents specified in Schedule 2. The text consists of 28 sections divided into 5 Parts as follows: Adoption, with modifications, of Federal Regulations (1); Stop Orders (2); Permit for equivalent level of safety (3); Inspectors (4); General (5). Two Schedules are enclosed.
