The present Act enters into force on 11 June 1985.
Abstract

The present Act lays down provisions relating to the transportation of dangerous goods in Saskatchewan. In particular, the Act applies to the: a) handling; b) offering for transport; and c) transportation of dangerous goods, whether or not for hire or reward. The text - consisting of 28 sections – deals with the following matters: interpretation and application, requirements respecting transportation of dangerous goods, inspection and detention and offences and penalties.
