Abstract

This Act concerns the management and disposal of dangerous goods meaning “any product, substance or organism included by its nature or by the regulation in any of the prescribed classes of dangerous goods” (sect. 1). Section 5 deals with the transport of dangerous goods and section 6 sets safety standards. Under section 7, any person involved in the transport of dangerous goods may be required to prepare emergency plans and section 8 concerns actions to be taken in case of accidents. Section 11
