Abstract

This Regulation, consisting of 224 sections divided into seven Parts and completed by three Schedules, provides for the requirements and applications for licences, general precautions to be observed, dangerous occurences, standards for storage and handling of dangerous goods and for control of major hazard facilities, the obligations relating to conveyance of dangerous goods, the marking, labelling and pacakging of dangerous goods.
