The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to limitation of milk production, and in particular to the: a) criteria to determine the country's milk quota and if the case may be the exceeding amount; b) allocation of the country's quota and a possible exceeding quantity to milk producers and milk processors; c) levying of a charge for exceeding tolerance quantities.
