The Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs shall formulate a dairy farming promotion plan treating matters described in article 3. A Dairy Korea Dairy Committe shall be established in order to conduct business for the supply and demand or price stabilization of raw milk and milk products (arts. 5 and 6). A supply and demand plan for raw milk shall be established as described in article 8. In order to secure the stabilization of the production and supply and demand for raw milk, the Committee may have dairy farmers produce raw milk in accordance with a contract, and then purchase it. Modification of contents of the contract, purchase of raw milk and supply of raw milk according to the contract are defined in articles 10 through 12. The Special Metropolitan City Mayor, a Metropolitan City Mayor, a Special Self-Governing City Mayor, a Do Governor, or a Special Self-Governing Province Governor r (raw milk inspection agency) shall inspect raw milk produced by dairy farmers.
