Abstract

The present Regulations enact section 12 of the Canadian Dairy Commission Act. These Regulations apply in respect of the production for marketing, or the marketing, in interprovincial or export trade of dairy products. In particular, they lay down provisions relating to the powers of individual dairy boards. The text consists of 12 sections and 1 Schedule.
