Abstract The present Regulations enact the Animal Products Act. Section 4 establishes that no person shall supply milk to a dairy plant in Saskatchewan unless that person holds a licence as a dairy producer issued pursuant to these Regulations. Section 5 outlines application procedures to obtain such a licence.
