They prescribe areas for the purposes of subsection (1) of section 25 of the Act and require that milk produced within a prescribed area shall be removed from the premises on which it is produced only for purpose of delivery to the Dairy Produce Board. The Regulations further concern, among other things, an application in terms of section 26 (1) of the Act for registration of a producer-wholesaler or producer-retailer, appeals to the Minister on decisions of the Board regarding registration, returns to be furnished to the Board by registered producer-retailer and inspections.
