This Act establishes the Dairy Marketing Board and provides rules for the marketing of dairy produce. The Act consists of 47 sections divided into 7 Parts: Preliminary (I); Establishment of Dairy Marketing Board (II); Financial provisions relating to Board (III); Functions of Board (IV); Imposition of levies on dairy produce (V); Marketing of dairy produce (VI); General (VII).
