Abstract

This Act makes provision for the imposition and collection of a levy on dairy produce and provides rules for the marketing of dairy produce. The functions and powers of the Dairy Produce Board established under section 3 of the Dairy Produce Board (Establishment) Act are defined for purposes of this Act. Powers of the Board are set out in the Schedule to this Act. The Board shall establish and administer, in accordance with the directions of the Minister, a dairy produce price stabilization fund
