Abstract

The Dairy Produce Board is established as a body corporate under section 3 and shall consist of five members appointed by the Minister of Rural Development. The Board may establish committees for the better exercise of functions and powers of the Board under section 7. The Board shall have and may exercise all the powers and functions and shall perform all duties conferred or imposed on the Board by the Dairy produce Marketing Act (sect. 10). (13 sections)
