The Minister may also serve notices on butter traders or warehouseman for the same reason (sect. 3). The Minister may, from time to time, publish information, including information derived from returns made in pursuance of a returns notice, with respect to the amount of butter from time to time held in stock and stored in Saorstát Éireann.
